hi.. um okay scew that... well i want it to have falling stars on my xanga... but i want not a blank backround but a different image taht has stars falling from it like

Those aren't falling stars, they're just part of her background, but she made her background animate to look like they're falling.
Yes, you can do that, you just need an animation program like Animation Shop or Imageready. |
