i was trying to learn how to vexel in paint shop pro 8, and i followed a tutorial but i had to leave in the middle of it so i saved and left. when i returned to it just now, i opened it up and there were no layers, they were merged so i cant even see the original image. why did this happen and how do i stop it in the future?

if you had PS8 you could have saved it in a PSD file ( it hink thats what its called )and then opened it in PSP and it would haver its layers and not be merged. Im not sure if you can download the extension apart check the Adobe website.

What format is it saved in?
You have to save it in Paint Shop Pro format for it not to be merged. |
