we need an electoral college. Everyone who votes has to say their state. So like,
I voted for ComradeRed... from Pennsylvania. And whoever wins each state will get its electoral votes. If no one from a state votes (like wyoming), it just won't count. Or if its a Republican state (like Wyoming), it will go to me, and if its a Democratic state (like Vermont), it will go to you. Every state that Gore won in 2000, plus New Hampshire and West Virginia, are Democratic States. Every state that Bush won in 2000, other than New Hampshire and West Virginia, are Republican States. |
