The max GPA at my school is a 4.5-- and that's only possible if you take only AP and IB courses throughout your high school career, which is impossible since health and PE are mandatory for the first two years!
My school's grading system is pretty tough, too: A = 94+ B+ = 90-93 B = 84-89 ... I'm hoping never to go under that. I'm not even sure what my GPA is because this whole weighted-unweighted thing is so confusing! Anionez- How can your UW GPA be higher than your weighted? Highest possible unweighted = 4.0. That's why it's unweighted.
