It's very defaultish but I love those rainbow colored caps on the BG. I would suggest getting rid of the boxes at the top with text moving in it. And add more colors to suit the caps.

-bg is a little blury
-too default -make the width of scroll bar blog larger -too much scroll bars -the boxes at the bottom is not making sense that's a good first try =) surf around some xangas and get some ideas! |

you lyke, have a banner/picture that supposedly supposed to do with part of the background which i dont get..
its not really anything composed together, just.. random pictures and scripts slopped up really. |
