Well, this past saturday on Saturday Night Live, Ashlee Simpson (gueststar) was about to sing her second song Shadow, but because of a technical error, the music played Pieces of Me, which she sang just a few moments before. Obviously, she's caught lip-synching. She had no idea what to do and as you can see from the video, her "little" dance that she did to "try" to cover up is worst than the fact that she was lip-synching. It's pretty sad how a famous star could be caught red handed. And what's sader is that she blamed her band for this "I feel so bad," Simpson said. "My band started playing the wrong song. I didn't know what to do, so I thought I'd do a hoedown." ... HELLO, ARE YOU LISTENING TO YOURSELF??? and what's worst than all these is how she took such a strong stand against lip-synching just a while ago: "I'm totally against it and offended by it," Simpson told Lucky magazine. "I'm going out to let my real talent show, not to just stand there and dance around. Personally, I'd never lip-synch. It's just not me." Seriously, sorry to all the Ashlee Simpon fans out there, but hey, maybe singers will learn to improve and make sure they equipments are working before they try lip-synching again.
