flash, how do i put it in my xanga? HELLLPP Options

well i got a flash i wants to put it in my xanga....

i found a code for it

but when i put it in my xanga, to be more specific i puttd it in my entry, it came out the box for the flash, but it said "Movies is not load" and the flash doesn't come out

when i went to edit the entries..the code came out mixed up and it said something like this

the quotations marks are missing and there's something added to the back...well, i fixed it to the original code and click submit but it still came out the samething and when i went to edit it it came back to the mixed up code. i did it for like a million times but it came out the samething over and over agen..

PLZZ HELP IF U KNO ANITHING ABOUT THIS...i would a ppreciated it...^_^
