Why cant i change my skin? |

I enter all the codes. Ive done this about 15 times, and each time it comes back to my old skin. I dont know whats wrong! HELP!

when u put ur knew skin did u take ur old skin off
(i dont know heaps about skins) im really a bigginer with skins so dont get angry at me! |
