just press "Print Scrn/SysRq" found on your keyboard to the right of "F12", left of "Scroll Lock" and above "Insert"
  and then paste it into a graphics program like paint, adobe photoshop, imageready, psp, etc... don't forget to resize it ( http://www.createblog.com/forums/index.php...ndpost&p=171577 ) and before your submit it, be sure you read the "guidelines to submit a skin" found at the top of the xanga skins forum

you press print screen..the button next to f12 on the right. then you paste into photoshop or paint or whatever.
