right click the the title bar of ur animation n go down to frame properties then change the number to w/e....
the higher the number the slower it is... |

Click the frame you want to be slowered down, or if you want them all to be, I think you right click the first frame and then hit CTRL+ENTER and type in the number of seconds per frame.
