racism has to stop! Its so rude. Im not asian but I get really annoyed when people imitate chinese and japenese people by "stretching out" there eyes. Not every asian person looks like that. I mean people in Iraq technically there asian and they dont look like that. Stereo types and racism are the 2nd and 3rd thing I hate in this world. The other is G.W.B

racism must be pretty bad in the states, huh? i'm here in korea.. haha. half korean and half american, and i haven't suffered too much racism. except when you go off the army base and go shopping in downtown seoul or something.. they all stare at you and try to rip you off.
sometimes when you go on a "field trip" to somewhere, all the other korean kids there get really excited and ask to take pictures.. others talk about you in your face, thinking you can't understand them.. and yes i do speak both korean and english fluently... but i do agree that it is annoying when they ask you what something is in korean, especially where there aren't exact words for it. then they just think that you're lying about being fluent. ![]() but if you do have a racist problem, just keep your head up and be proud of ur ethnicity and culture. just be kind to everyone, and if someone teases you about it, no reason to really have to fight back.. i've realized that fighting back causes them to say it more. and the part about where they can't tell the difference between chinese korean and japanese, don't take offense. i mean truthfully, i have trouble with that sometimes too.. and i can't tell the difference between german, french, and italian (or any other european people) people. let's just say their confusion is from lack of knowledge and expierence from ur background culture and heritage. well, that's all i have to say, and none of y'all will prolly read it nywayz.. ![]() ![]() |

I live in Lynn,Massachusetts and it's like 76% asian or 88% or sumthn...well a lot of people ask me if i speak Khmer [since im Cambodian and all] yeahh they ask me can u say this in khmer ? but i don't really mind.. i think theyre just interested in other languages and just are curious how to say it..but yes..there are some racists out there.. and yeah i hate it.. this spanish girl always flirt with a friend of mine who is Khmer also [fyi Cambodia is in Asia for those of you who never heard of it] and she always flirts with him and one day my cousin asked her if she liked him ..and she goes "eww why would i want to date him?? he's asian" i'm guessing she only dates spanish guys...but you know just because someone is a certain race doesn't mean that they should be judged.. i dont really have anything else to say..but yeah i think u get my point
