i really don't have PMS!! when i have my period, i act the same way i do when i don't have it! i rarely get cramps, i don't have mood swings, etc. My period doesn't affect me at all (which i think is a good thing)!! so when i have, i have it! then it goes away!!

im one of the lucky ones, i get no cramps, and im very thankful for it. occasionally i feel something in my abdomen, but i dont know if its cramps? well anyway during pms, im prone to anger and low self esteem. i feel like sh*t most of the time and just wanna snuggle up on my couch, in my robe and with a good book. but most importantly, CHOCOLATE! i always have the strongest cravings for chocolate and pickles during pms.

I get all moody and teary. I start to cry at everything and yell at people that get on my nerves off the bat. You could accidentally do some thing minor and I'll yell my head off at you.
Then there's those cramps. They hurt like HELLLLLL! That's all. Only for the 1st 3 days I'm like that. Other than that I'm nice ol' sweet me that laughs at everything. |

i hardly get pms at all... i usually just get chocolate cravings
and same as sammy6440 i'm usually happier... and i only get little itty bitty cramps that only last for like a minute, so it's all good

i seriously become a meanie when im on pms. i can tell if its coming a week or two before cuz thats when i become really mean, like yell and curse and say really mean stuff. when im on it, i get real tired and irrated and have real bad cramps so yeah, i've got a bad case of pms. lol

i don't believe in PMS. it's just a name that people have made when females have more mood swings during a certain time of month because obviously getting your period pisses you off. i learned about this is psychology and that there truly isn't something called PMS, but just a figment of your mind.

I go off on people for a not good reason when I pms. And sometimes I'll cry, and when i do, it's like bawling, nonstop tears. But I don't think mine is worse than average. maybe
ONE THING I HATE THOUGH is when i'm in a bad mood and my boyfriend says "Do you have PMS???" all innocent-like... and then i get all mad. lol |

when i got into pms i get so effing bitchy i practilly have my friends hate me. it's probably because my friends dont' realize that i am going through PMS but my best friend knows i have my period so she really understand. =) it's what i love about her.
