out of breath
paper balloon, i say, get up, and glide towards the sun. i shall, says redstained ball. let me rest awhile, and i'll run when merriment comes. paper balloon, i say, roll down hills, and lie on the grass. i can't, says persimmon ball. your happiness didn't last, imperfectly numb. paper balloon, i say, will you play with me again? i won't, says crimson ball. fill me with laughter, not pain. but my breath is gone ...i say. |

I get this really light, and soothing tone from the poem.
I like the imagery I pull from it, images in my head etched with pastel colors, drawn by your words. Balloon!
