i have this on a paper...so yeah i guess i'll have to type it down. you guys should try it because it's very good :) ... heh i made a lot for my friends. that time it was my friend's birthday and i made it. cause we didnt had no drink, so i just made peach slushy instead to quench our thirst =]
directions : 1 - 8 oz. yogurt 1/2 cup peaches, drained (You can use canned or fresh, either way^^;;) 1 cup milk 6 to 8 ice cubes (it's your choice between 6 to 8) 1. blend yogurt, peaches, milk in blender 2. add ice 1 cube at a time. blend after 1/2 of ice added. (the reason you have to put the 1 cube at a time is because if you put all of them...it will get all watery and will not turn out good) 3. blend until smooth. 4. makes 4 servings. (the cup size to fill 4 servings is to use 5 to 6 inches) 5. any flavor yogurt and fruit can be substituted for the peach (maybe you just dont want the flavor to be all peachy? you can add a little bit of flavor yogurt to bring up the mixed taste ^__^) |
