Alright, well first things first...

Pick someone out to write on. (Did you mean someone who personally know in life?)
Of course, to make things easier, pick someone you have a rough background on. If anything, you can also try and find someone you'd like to get to know, or is easy to talk to.

Anecdotes - Find some really good events/stories the person has to offer. Something really big, maybe life-changing. Something that stands out in that persons life. One for each paragraph should be good enough to work with. This should basically be your body.

Significance - Easy enough. How that person is important...What sets them apart from common folk. What they have done to make a difference, etc. This should be put in both the intro and conclusion paragraphs.

If you're confused about anything I just said or need help on structure or need some more advice, Feel free to ask.
I also love editing work, so when you're done you can send it over to me so I can look it over.
