ok you're riding on your friend's car and he/she's dropping you off, but he/she asks you where you live and what's the street name...

well i dont know my street name and i dont know the directions well... well i know im near costco but then i suck at giving directions...


so im just asking are you good at giving directions to a certain place and your place? im really bad at it... i dont know if this is my habit, but i just hope not >.<

you...don't know your street name?


I tell em my street and cross street. They usually know where it is since my neighborhood is organized in a square grid

hmm to my place? to my place i can give directions but to other places? it depends...if i'm in a car its easier. one time i was on a bike with some people and we were trying to find someone's house and i was the only who knew where it was and well...lets just say it took awhile to get there haha. happy.gif

Lol same here! My friend's giving me directions of where he lives and I'm like "Noo, don't give me directions! Give me places names!" Ack. Iono what I'm going to do when I actually start driving.

lol sometimes i am. umm at times wen i dont noe the street name i go by landmarks that people never even notice so yea sometimes i suk at it

I suck at giving directions verbally. I usually end up just showing the person how to get there. haha

yeah, i can give directions to my home. its pretty easy, since it's in manhattan and the streets are pretty straight forward.

I don't tell them my address.
I just sit in the back and say things like "turn left here" or "right here, turn right".

If it's through the phone, I'm really bad. But if I'm with them I'm pretty good. I can remember the way to go to places after I go there a fwe times. I don't bother to remember the steret names though coz they are way too long.

Like Jude, I don't bother telling them my address. Nobody knows since I live in a very complicated area.

im good at giving houston directions unless it involves a highway, besides getting to katy.

i can give jersey city, new jersey directions too.

Yeah, same with me.
If someone stops to ask for directions, I'll tell my friend to tell them for me, since they're better explainers. =P
But if I'm by myself, I'll be like..umm go up that street and go right, etc..>.<
