its not really all that uneven, but if u do want to move ur blogrings to the right side the only thing i can really recommend is trying to use a div layer and set the class as "right" this way the div layer will basically operate the same as the cbox thing u have, u could try adding the div layer in the javascript box in look and feel but then again all this advice may not really help all that much, but heres something that might work although i make no guarantees
CODE
<!-- begin code provided by createblog.com -->

<div style="margin-top: 0px; margin-left: 0px; position: absolute; filter: alpha(opacity=100); overflow: auto; border: none; width: 100px; height: 100px; background-color: #000000; padding-top: 0px; ">
<table class="right" border="0" width="100%" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0">
<tr><th>
*the header for your blogrings*
</th></tr>
<tr><td>
*blogring links*
</td></tr>
</table>
</div>

<!-- end code provided by createblog.com -->

im not sure if html will actually work in the javascript box but it couldnt hurt to try and the margin, color hex, size and basically any other number can be changed to ur preference and u can just play with it till its the way u like

hopefully this works but sorry if it doesnt im not very good with this stuff myself but i would like help
