theres nothing you can do.. thats the "perks" of growing up. lol. not necessarily a perk, but it happens. as long as you guys are there for her, then when she breaks up with him, then she will see who her real friends are. ya know? But everything is really out of your control... and if it gets to the point where you have to make new friends.. then dont be afraid to let go of the old ones... friends will always come and go... i graduated, and now i am not friends with hardly anybody.. its insane, but its the way life goes!
