wow, you have a very intresting ingredients and instructions. i like that. very educational and internationl thing to read. i never ate those stuf before even tho i'm chinese, my mom never made these before.

my mom makes that for me almost every week when i use to be in HK... cuz it's apparantly really good for u. now i just drink isntant ones from a little glass bottle.. it's very good for your skin cuz it's high in protein.
