if u go to this site - - - >here<- - - How do u make them signs u can make sum of them on familingtext but u see she doesnt make them with paint shop pro cuz she told me and that how eles do u make them then!

Why don't you just ask her what she uses to make it since you said she doesn't use Animation Shop?
Maybe ImageReady and just arch up the text or make multiple copies and rotate it? |
