When the road ahead looks dark and scary,
Do not fear, for the only thing to fear is fear itself,
And I will be by your side the whole way.

Do not fear that I will leave you stranded,
Alone and confused,
As others did to me.

I will follow you on the path of life,
And guide you as much as I can,
For I am your friend.

When we turn to each other and laugh,
Laugh for no reason,
You KNOW that I am your friend.

We may have differences,
But, "do not doubt our friendship," as you said to me,
I will always be here.

When the road ahead looks dark and scary,
And we are lost and don't know what to do,
Let's just turn to each other, laugh and smile, that's all we have to do.

We will go through everything together,
We will survive,
No matter what may lie ahead!
