changin the colors of pics |

 i havent touched adobe in so long. i kno how to change the picture to one basic color ... but i dont remember how to make it like the picture above where theres 2 colors. help ?! i would appreciate it thanks |

You take the gradient tool, make a new layer, and set that layers opacity to about 50 or so and then you drag the gradient tool from one end to the other. (I think it's something like that)
