i know how to make a screen shot but how do i make it smaller so its fulfills the max dimensions??

Make a screenshot.
Image ~> Attributes Fill in the Max dimensions...... (I did that on paint.) |

or you could print screen, paste in photoshop, paint, psp etc and resize your image.

i resize images on paint by pasting it in there and then clicking Image->>Stretch/Skew (Ctrl+W) and then type in the dimensions you want it to be

print screen next to f12 then open your art thing [photoshop paint etc.] the click that one square thing thats dashed [----] then resize it with that hope u understand o_O

 Find the select tool (circled above) and select it around your image (just drag it from one end of the image to the other). Then at the edges of the image, you can click the little circle and drag it in or out to resize it. =] |

just save it then open it on JASC Paint Shop Pro and then resize it...i use "Photo Studio 5" and it came with my scanner and it keeps the ratio of the dimentions

If you want to take a specific part of the picture, just use MS Paint. It's sufficient. But if you want to resize it, you could also use MS Paint using the Stretch/Skew thing, but most of the time it comes out all distorted and dotty. So I recommend using Photoshop or PSP to resize your pictures.
