Is it true?
I barely heard the news this morning and only took a quick look, but not enough to verify. Are there like two more hurricane's comming to the US? Mainly Florida, Cuba, and the such down south? Man, this sux....~

I've met a couple of families that had their roofs and belongings blown away and are staying in Houston for the time being. They're pretty brave about it and are treating this like a vacation.

Yeah, there are a few more coming, but Ivan is not as bad as Floyd was. The next one is Jeanne and I think the last one was Helen or something, but yeah, this is not the end of the Hurricane season.

^ New York wasnt safe this morning. Look around, it's wet. It was raining and the subways were all stopped cause it was flooded.

im not sure i live over on the west coast, but if that is true then thats not good..
 o and holy poop the subways were flooded? does that happen often when it rains..i wouldn't know because i live in a small town..no subways, taxis..you get the picture, lol |

and about floyd..omg nobody remembers floyd when i talk about it..they're like  FLOYD??..u mean ISABEL..[that was last year..]--i think floyd wuz like ..back in 98..i remember cuz they closed school..  ..very rare in the DC Area..

hurricane jeanne passed right through the town in puerto rico wher emy friend just moved to. and i havent heard from her since, so im a little worried.
and yea i remember hurricane floyd. it wa son liek sept 16 of some yr. i remmeber it b/c i had school the next day and my hw assignment was current events. so i had to go out in th epouring rain and gusting winds to buy the ny times. i was like the only jack ass on the street.. . my mom makes me take school VERy seriously. |
