Hmm...it seems a little busy, but I like it for the most part. The blinking boxes are really nice, and I like your modules. The background could be a little better though, and the border is a little too thick for my taste. It's cute though. ^_^

i think you should just make the background a plain color. make the banner width the same as modules+blog width. slighly defaultish...

the bg is really fuzzy! and take out the modules and make the blog the same width as the banner, or vice versa.
