i need help, xanga skin Options

People kept saying that i had a defaultish skin, so i wanted to try something. All i have is MS paint... which is kinda ghetto. But I decided to take my banner and make it into a skin for myself.. but I dont know how to put the navigation and the blog on the skin. And I dont know how to make my background bigger. I also dont have a way to post my picture... i dont have a website that will host it correctly... ?! the photobucket thing shrinks it... so its not near as big as i want it... can someone please help me?! thank you tahnk you thank you

U cud try www.heremy.com It doesn't shrinks it and it loads very fast. However, only .jpg files allow.
