Does your school let you chew gum?

I'm in college, and all of my classes, you can chew gum... you can also eat and drink biggrin.gif

Im in sixth form now and there your allowed to chew gum, eat and drink in class sometimes. When i was in school we wasn't allowed but i always used to chew in class. I never got caught tongue.gif

yup... us too.. we are allowed to eat in all the classes too.. cept science, when we r doing labs..

No. I go to a strict private school. Uniforms and everything. They make us swallow gum if they catch us, and usually they do. If they catch you a 3rd time its detension. But on special days like Stdent Appreciation Day we chew as much gum as we want!

we're not allowed but nothing really happens when people get caught - there were these 3 girls in my class that chewed gum everyday - got caught & nothing happened everytime

no... but we do it ne wayz. if we were allowed to chew gum then there wouldnt be gum under the table etc. cuz we wouldnt be afraid to go up to the trash and throw it away

Depends on what team you get on.
For last year, only team 7-3 could chew gum, and unfortunately I was on team 7-2. I snuck it, of course! You could chew it in some trimester classes, though last year.

This year, my team (8-3) lets us chew gum as long as we keep it in our mouths and it isn't distracting.
Yay, no more sneaking around.

I never got caught last year, mwahahaha.
The only classes you can't chew it in are computer classes and music classes.. but I still chew gum there.

nope, but i never get caught. i remember last year, if we get caught in chewing gum, we have to write these sentences in this place called gumbola. [i actually made the name] the sentences were kinda funny, but i feel sorry for the people who has to write it 50 or 150 times. pinch.gif

I go to a strict private school too. But when you get caught, instead of swallowing the gum, you have to put the gum on your nose. It's actually funny tongue.gif

n0..but my class does.if the teacher catches u, u just spit it out.but if ur sneaky enuff then u get to chew it..but then the school will give u detention if any other teacher catches u.

Yea.. Thery dont really care, as long as they dont find any on the floor, wallk, lockers, ect. So i chew it all the timebecuase it si proven to help ur memory.. tongue.gif

Sort of. We can chew anytime we want but teachers don't want me to chew it.
