Gum chewing in school, on school grounds or in school busses is prohibited, because it is our responsibility to keep all areas of the campus clean and to make it gum free and to keep us focused on our studies.  Here is our school rule on chewing gum as evidence: "Gum chewing is not allowed in Pikesville Middle School. Disciplinary action will result for students who insist on chewing gum in school."

some of my classes let me chew gum..but the real bitchyish teachers dont.. i think i cant chew gum in one of my classes.. algebra.. she says its a distraction!

Gum chewing is not allowed at my school but you can try to chew gum and not get caught! One of my teacher could smell gum from distance! I don't know how she does it, but i don't chew gum at school! wink wink!

No we're strictly not allowed.. But on some days they let you pay a dollar for fundraising so you can chew gum in class and everywhere all day.. I dont really like gum x]

my elementary and middle school didnt allow it, but everyone did anyways. and then in highschool, we were allowed to chew it as long as the teachers didnt hear it or see it. and now im in college, so yeah you're allowed to chew gum in any college (i think?
