Use an editing program.
Like.... Photoshop or MS Paint. (Use the 'Add Text' thing..) |

Well you could position text onto the image (that wouldn't look very nice, since there is a limited variety of fonts).
Or you could open up the image in MS Paint, Adobe Photoshop/Image Ready, Jasc Paint Shop Pro, or any image editing program and add some fancy text onto it.
