Usually I'll try to keep it in...but most of the time that never happens haha =P sometimes i'll vent it out on a friend but that usually gets the friend mad or me or something >< but yeaaah...i try to keep it in.

 but i also...er...use guy friends as punching bags..if they allow. heh. ^.^;; if its an angry situation with others...i tend to get passive when i'm angry. its weird.

ANger whoosh where can I start. Well most of the time I vent to my friends or I got listen to a good song. Or if i have i problem with some person I go talk to them in person so i can straigten things out. I have to deal with anger ALOT.

oh yes. i noe how that is. my name is stephanie, and theres two other girls in my class named stephanies. pisses the shit out of me when one of the stephanies get all immature.. and keep saying "which one" or "stop talking to urself".. i just want to get pencil and stab her.
 but..  uhm i have stress balls. and paper. if not then i do the abcs in sign language. lol (yes thats my answer to most things... keeps me calm) |

Erm, I have different techniques on how to deal with my anger every now and then. For now, it's just getting out of the house and taking a little walk, down to the park and watch the kids do weird stuff, like poke the grass.
 Anyway, it's quite relaxing. Or alternatively, you could use the old 'scream-into-the-pillow' trick.
