I havent been able to sleep for the past 2 weeks or so. I seriously cannot. I'm starting to look like crap, but I actually havent FELT like crap.I really NEED to sleep, considering I've had bad mono and can get it again...part of the cause is from lack of sleep. I have no idea what to do do fall asleep anymore. Last night however I took 4 Tylenol PM just because of the Sleep Aid, and it caught me around 3 hours or so. I don't know what else I can do. Do you have any tips on how to relax and fall asleep. I'll probably do this in combination with my Tylenol PM. It would really help me TONIGHT, since tomorrow is my first day back at my Univ. for classes
