PHOTOSHOP HELP!

errmmm..how do you make animated banners with photoshop image ready?, cause I don't get it at all..can someone explain it to me?..thanx alot if you do..^.^

i know how to do this

first go to photoshop and make a new file, and make sure you put it as a 'transparent' bg. after you put all the pics you want click the button that lets you jump from photoshop to image ready [at the very bottom of the tool bar]. have your animation bar and click the little button that has a triangle inside of the circle. click 'make layers from frames'. after you adjust your speed thats all there is to it.

and an easier way to save is to click the IE button and juss right click and save.

u gotta have the images... make like 8 images... have them differently so as u make them animated it moves or does wut u want...
