like...i kinna kno some of the different text area codes but i can't seem to be able to put it onto my skin. when i enter a code in like ex:

<TEXTAREA name="comments" rows="5" cols="30"></TEXTAREA>

or

<fieldset style="border:2px solid #FF0000; padding:3; width:300; height:50;"><legend align="left"><font color="#FF0000">TITLE</font></legend><font color="#FF0000"><p align="center">MESSAGE HERE</p></font></fieldset>

they always come up in the blog area, above my skin or below my skin. So i guess its not so much the script i need...it's help on the positioning.

Yes, it is possible. Just put a div in your weblog entry. Define a height and a width and make sure your overflow is put to auto.
