I wanted to know if anyone could give me or tell me where i can find a the code/s to make my xanga look like this...
 i want the same layout but i just want to change the banner and the colors. i thought just copying her layout and changing that stuff but i thought that that would be jocking. Help me please!

Yes that is like jocking. First you have to make your banner.. and then the last pixel at the bottom, crop it to make a new picture. Then use that new picture as a repeated background and blah.

It's called a DIV layout. You can go to the tutorial section in the webdesigning forum and look at [2]nekked's tutorial or whoever created it.

hehe yeah i was wondering about it too but thx to eve that u have to make a banner first... i didnt know that O_O;; hehe anyways i heard that u have to use these kinds of codes <head></head> stuff like that but anyways what u said up there is consider as jocking >.<;;
