smoothing a vector, confused =P

Okay, once i made a vector, how do you smooth it out, so it isn't so blotchy.

smudge tool maybe just use the small brush and go aroud the edges

dont blur.. that will make it fuzzy

try using the pen around the edges.. and when you are doing a vector.. smooth the selection

If you have Illustrator, use the mesh tool. On Photoshop, I suggest feathering the edges for the "airbrush" effect.

try smart blur

filter>blur>smart blur and adjust the settings...
you may want to select only the areas you want to blur, so the whole picture itself won't look blurry.
