problems, with my layout Options

okay so i have been working on my first skin ever for a few days and i am having some problems.

1) when i tried to put a chatterbox in the corner using div layers like in the tutorial it didn't work.

For your chatterbox, I don't think you can use div layers to position it. You need tables. xD

oh u can use dividers all right for the chatter box.... its just that theres a closing tag for it
