its kind of a complicated story. i heard that he liked my best friend so i hated him and he didnt know why i hated him so he confronted me and i told him it was because i liked him and he got all nervous and stuffs around me and then the next day he came up to me and said we had to get togther and we did and he said "i like you too..." and asked me out and stuffs.

once upon a time one day in 8th grade, there was a girl named cynthia, who was an average student at sequoia middle school. she had many many friends, and within her little group of friends, 2 of them [names shall not be revealed] developed a crush on a boy named scott; little did cynthia know, she began to develop a small crush on him tOo, but she did not tell her any of her friends. and then one day, her cousin amanda got his AiM sn and she gave it to cynthia. cynthia then IMed him and said, "HII...i`M AMANDA`S COUSiN.. =D". he said, "uh... hi...?", and that began a good friendship. they talked more and more online, but never talked in person. how weird was that?? a few weeks [maybe months...] later, amanda began to ponder who scott liked. so she kept bugging him about it, but he refused to tell. many people suspected that it was jane or cynthia, like carmen [who in fact, had been ELiMiNATiNG the 'suspects'], amanda, ronnie, and some other people. but cynthia refused to believe it. when one day, andrew blurted out at lunch that scott had liked joy. *gassp*... cynthia became very sad because he didn`t like her, but very happy for joy because she was one of cynthia`s bestest friends. so a few days later, another secret came out. scott liked cynthia. *BiG GASP*... yes. it was confusing, but emiliza got to the bottom of it, and found out that scott liked cynthia more than joy. was there hope for cynthia? yep. you betcha`. a day in may, cynthia`s mommy came for parent patrol at school, along with deanna`s mommy. they were sitting away from cynthia & deanna at lunch. the bad girls [amanda & ronnie] went to go drag scott to cynthia, who was talking with her friends [carmen, lucia, etc.] at a lunch table outside. scott had refused, but amanda & ronnie pushed him over. carmen was watching the bad girls push scott over, while cynthia blabbed away, but when cynthia turned around, there stood scott, who suddenly came over to HUG her. she was very shocked for a moment [i bet he was tOo, mm?]. and the next day, she was in for an even crazier surprise. cynthia had just gotten out of class, and went to wait for deanna, who was also in B hall. when she came out, they walked together to find amanda in E hall. as they walk down the main hall, they see amanda walking with scott & won. cynthia stops in the middle of the hall. won goes, "hug me, or ask her out"... those are the words according to amanda. he shudders at the thought and says, "cynthia, will you go out with me?" just guess what she said...^_-

We've talked and gotten to know each other and became the best of friends ...

And here we are now ... 4 years and 2 months stronger

aww that sounds like my two friends. for months they played "the guessing game" with eachother, and finally he was like "ok...look in the mirror, delay your suprise, and tell me who you like" awww it was so cute! of course i didn't think it was cute at teh time because 1) i liked him and 2) i ddin't know bout the mirror thing till later...but it was

This is...er...a very hard question to answer? Me and my boyfriend knew eachother for a year before actually going out. And...I hated him. I absolutely abhorred him. In fact, I wanted him dead at times. In my mind, he was annoying, self-centered, mean, perverted, and just utterly wrong. Well, then I was shocked to find out...I was wrong entirely about him. In the months after he became a great friend, he always supported me, even when he knew what I was doing was stupid. The many times my ex-boyfriend broke my heart, he was always there to talk to me, and then...I would always get back with my ex. I still wasn't close to my current boyfriend, even though I was very open with him, because he was just easy to open up to. Here's where I found out that he liked me as more than I friend, I just didn't know he loved me at that point. My ex once again hurt me, and I was furious. I HATED all guys. I went to my current boyfriend, who was just a friend at that point, and was all like, "Ya know what, f*** guys...I'm bi, I'll just go lesbian and date a girl. I'm sick and tired of getting toyed with and hurt by guys like (insert ex-boyfriend's name here)". Well, we were only IMing at the time, and before I know it, he gets mad, and starts "..."ing like he's upset. So I ask him what's wrong, and he replies, "The girl I like...pretty much just stated I never have a chance with her." Well, stupid little me didn't realize until later that he was talking about me. So, I just said, "Oh, I'm so sorry." How stupid am I? Anyways, then he got offline, and disappears for a long time. And...that's when I realize just how much I miss him, and that maybe...just maybe I could like him...as more than a friend...and maybe I could love him. But, stupid girl that I am, I got back with my ex for the umptenth time. L****, my boyfriend now, finally got to where he talked to me again, after what felt like forever of not talking. And we grew close yet again, I still complained about my had been boyfriend (who was still my boyfriend at this time), and he just kept with it, but something I did that really surprised me, I flirted with L****. Anyways, my boyfriend and I took "seperate time" from eachother the Monday before Valentines. L**** started calling, we talked nonstop. I was his Valentine on Valentine's day. We talked for a long time, then he had to go for awhile (his friend was over), and then he called back around nine. I was home alone; until later that night. We talked, from 9p.m. to 2a.m. After we hung up, I was lovesick to be honest. I liked him, alot. I was like a lovesick puppy, but I didn't reveal that to him (now that we've been going out, he's told me that he felt the same way). Well, my ex and I officially broke up that Tuesday, and then February 18, the following Wednesday, I introduced L**** to my two bestfriends (who ironically are in a relationship with eachother). They really liked him. Then, L**** and myself found ourselves in a, "You know...if you wanted to, I'd go out with you, but you know, only if you wanted to, I mean, I'd want to to, you know?" conversation. Finally, after asking my friends for their permission, he asked me out that day. We've been going out for a little over three months, and I love him a ton. I also found out, that he's liked me a lot longer than I've liked him...
