its good..but i think you went just a little bit overboard with the halftone screen..at least, i think thats what you did...
try a stroke for the navigation, its kinda hard to see. either that, or place it somewhere else. good job, i like the layout

I think you could do a better job on the banner...and the scroolbar it wud be better if u made it transparent but i give it overall 7/10
