Ok... i'm doing my friend's xanga so that i can experiment with making layouts and stuff... but i'm so confused!

That's her xanga... for the eyes on me part i wanted to put the navigation and personal info... but everytime I make a div for that it doesnt show up... Is there something wrong with this code that's taking away my scrollbar?

And my alignment for the blogs is a little off... Since the page alignment is on LEFT everything is too far to the left... but if i switch it to center it's even worse... how do i customize where to put the blogs?
