I read a book by Louis Duncan called Stranger With My Face, and it talked about astral projection. I never tried it, but I think that'd be cool. ph34r.gif

its not a scary website..it explains out of body experiences or astral projection..the astral plane is diff from the normal plane..not sure how thoe..n its NOT "ghost stuff"

interestin..im alwayz fascinated by paranormal activity

i think everyone here has done it.
ever lay down, half asleep, half awake and 'dream' you are walking, then trip. you snap out of it, and you get a little 'bump'. it's your body getting in.

that's astral projection

i saw this on a korean documentary show...it scares me for some reason...

is it like when ur body suddenly jerks while ur at the brink of falling asleep?? if thats it, then it always happens to me...i hate it..=[ feels wierd..
