Two Questions, Center Blogs and get rid of link borders Options

1. Is there a code that you can have every post automatically centered?
2. When you have a picture as a link, you know how theres a blue border around it and then purple after you click it? Is there anyway to get rid of that border?

2)go to your look n feel and scroll down to the link preferences... there you can change the colors

be sure to put the <center> tags around the POST in html edit mode.. unless you want your whole page centered, in which case you should put it in the body section.
