ok i know this has nothing to do witht the board lol but i need help im 16 yeah and i want to go to a boarding school but the problem is how do i tell my dad?i really really wanna go but i know he wont understand anyways it's a lil expensive but i'de be glad to work just to pay for it....only i dont know how to tell my dad that i want to go to one.....ne one got any ideaS?really appriciate your help pinch.gif blink.gif

Just be as honest as you can be about it.

Tell him what you think he would want to hear, and just explain it as thoroughly as you can. Show him how responsible you are about the situation and that you're prepared to help with costs. And dammit, it's your education. If all else fails, tell him you're going to purposely screw up in school unless a proper educational enviroment is available for you. laugh.gif

thats right .... but i dunno bout that screwing up in school though... i dont agree with that.... ur dad prolly thinks that going to boarding school isnt worth all the money.....

and WHY do you want to go to boarding school?? okay tell him why! not me. and there ha sto be resonable reasons, can't be like "i just want to go" cause all of a sudden you want to... and WHAT kinda job are YOU gonna do to beable to pay for it? think about it! by you making about 200 every 2 weeks you think you can pay for it?
