That's my new layout, I finished it a while ago and I want feedback people(please) hehehe... Tell me what you think of it. Also do you think if it's worth it as a skin. ~Edit~ The only reason the picture is low quality is because I consider those people with dial-up and I don't like it when the pictures are 101kbs as a background, that's how big it is with good quality!
