I believe you can make a video black and white using Windows Movie Maker 2... but I'm not sure since I haven't played with it in a while... but no, there is no code for such a thing. Videos and HTML (PHP, Javascript, etc.) are two different things.

^ If you add that tag to images or fonts or whatever it makes it black and white. I'm not sure whether it works for videos though (example <img src="http://" style="filter: gray; height: 0px">). |
