I don't really tell my parents about my boyfriends. They always find out anyway. My dad doesn't really like it, but my mom is alright and thinks it's part of growing up to have a boyfriend. Eh. So yeah. Sometimes it sucks when they know though. Because then they ask a lot of questions about him.

I never tell my parents about my love life, and I have never mentioned to them about any crushes or boyfriends I've had in the past. But they usually find out anyway...somehow...as parents always do...

 My parents don't like me beind with boys and they don't think I should be going out until I'm 16 :angry:  I think my parents are sexist. They go on and on about how good my brother is (when he really isn't and doesn't help around the house much) and shouts at me and my sister (when we do everything around the house). My brother would go out with girls when he was my age (13) and my parents didn't say a thing :angry:

Hah. Those who can have bfs are lucky. I'm forbidden to, cause my parents are so damn overprotective. The girls in my family are mostly looked after for obvious reasons, especially our virginity. My parents are really concerned of my wellbeing, like my grades and future. They wouldn't want anything like boys get in the way of my success. Damn strict asian parents. Anyways, I respect their decision, though sometimes I feel as if I want one a bf. It's impossible for me to NOT like someone my entire highschool life. Eh, sometimes it really bites like now for example. =\ I probably wouldn't tell em, but they would mostly likely find out. I would be dead if they caught me having one before college. Sucks? Yep.

i love taking my guy home to momma! but i don't tell her everything that happens between us. i just tell her that he's my bf and the three of us just talk on the first day afterwards they start to get used to him being in the house and it's like having any other friends in the house. plus i'd feel more comfortable going out with him or having him over when i tell my momz

Noooooooooooope. Once, my brother found out I had a boyfriend.. (evil bastard, same grade as me, remember?) and he PROMISED that he wouldn't tell my parents. But then when he had this one tantrum.. he blew it all up. I wasn't with the guy anymore but yeah..
It turned out all good in the end.. my mom didn't believe him  Because when he's angry, he says a lot of things.Edit// Whoa wth. I already replied to this topic.. with the same story.. |

for me..it's always have been on the DL..but with my current bf..one of my dad's friend's brother caught me with him..asian ppl has big mouths..so of course, he went and told his brother about it and then his brother told my dad..hmmm my dad keeps tellin me "i need to have a little talk with you" but he always end up drunk that day and goes to bed..mwahhaa but yea..both my parents know now..dats f**ked up..aiyaaaa

well, i don't have boyfriends. i get numbers. but no. because my parents wouldn't aprove of any of them because they're basicly all older and pervs. my last boyfriend my dad new cuz he lived right up my street and always came over. but he thought we were friends. he was older too.
