Do Your Parents Know?, Do they know and/or care that you have a boyfriend? Options

My parents would figure out I have a boyfriend w/o me telling them, mainly because of the phone calls & house visits. I wouldn`t say anything about it, unless they ask, and I`d be upfront about it.

My mom knows. Hahaa, I didn't really tell her, I just brought him over one day and was like "Oh, this is my boyfriend Eric." and she seems okay with him. :]

His parents. Oh boy. They didn't know about us for the first 2 months but they suspected it. Then his dad caught us walking down the street holding hands and now they're fine with it after some talks and things.

I remember them always telling me that I wasn't allowed to have one until I was out of college -- since middle school. Pft. Yeah. Frickin'. Right. Don't get me wrong, I haven't had many, but I think it's a bit unrealistic to believe, as a parent, that your daughter isn't going to desire one. Heck, I'd be scared if my daughter didn't. Hrm. They've come to terms with my having one, though.. even if they don't.. like him very much. At least my.. male parental unit.. anyway.

well i don't have parents that have ever really cared if i had a boyfriend.

at this point i'm 20 so there is nothing they could say but when i was younger they watched where i would go with them and kept an eye on me but they never told me i couldn't have a bf! (for the most part)

My parents are Asian, so they are extremely strict and cautious about me hanging out with guys; let alone have a boyfriend. That is out of the question for them, because of the fact that my boyfriend will be a major distraction from schoolwork, I will have sex with him and get pregnant, and the news of me having a boyfriend will somehow spread to my family giving me a "bad name." Seriously, what generation is this?! -__-''

My mom is so weird, sometimes, she jokes about me having a boyfriend, then the next day she'd be like... "If you have a boyfriend, I will kick you out of the house." -_-' You are all so lucky if you have one of those nice mom's you could tell anything to. My mom is mean as hell! LOL -_-' And my dad isn't the strict kind, but he will side with my mom against me anyday. hahahhah.

I think my dad kind of suspects me now though. Since at night I always lock my room to talk to my boyfriend on the phone. A couple of times before, he had already checked up on me. He had the keys to my room which I never knew about -_-'. Luckily, I pretended I was sleeping. Then the other day, he took my phone to work without telling me. And my boyfriend called, and my dad asked me about it. He was like, "Some guy called you." .... I have to like sneak to be with my boyfriend; it's so hard to keep them from finding out.. I hate lying to them just to be with him. And I find it really hard to please both sides. Like if I say, "I don't wanna lie and sneak out." That would make him mad and doubt my love for him .. -___-' Gosh, I'm really starting to think having a boyfriend is a sucky idea.

I currently have a boyfriend that neither of my parents know about. The only reason for this is because it's long-distance and they're really strict about that kind of stuff. We've been together almost 5 months now and I've been able to hide it the whole time. I guess it's easier to hide it when he lives in a different state, but yeah. My parents usually find out, but not this time.
