I added in the whole transparent scrollbar deal, and all of a sudden my links when they hover just go invisible now instead of black and reversed. It worked but then I obviously did something to mess it up.
Can anyone help?  The Troubled Xanga |

For your chroma color (the color you want to be transparent), make sure you don't have anything else that color or those things will become transparent too.
