Doesnt matter if they believe there is a place everyone is going. Jesus is the only way into heaven. and if you arent going to heaven then you are going to hell.

I believe in the concept of reincarnation, because I don't think that this is all that life is.

Or, I believe in something along the Dante's Inferno scenario.. (that was actually fictional work, though) That there are seven levels of hell.

And there are people who believe in god, but hate going to church and such. People who are like, Okay, I believe in god. Now I go to heaven. Yay for me. But really don't deserve to go to Heaven. What happens to them?

And for people who believe in other Gods, and have different religions. What about them?

your right this is not wat all life is...theres more 2 it....this earth is crap...its only a temporary place 4 us...like a battle field....it might seem 4ever 2 us...but 2 god its like 5 minutes....we are in earth 2 talk about and 2give out his word....and we reach heaven we will be rewared by the king god...once we day we dont come back 2 heart...its heaven or hell that simple....u just gotta have fate and belive god is the king

there arent more than one level of hell atleast for humans. God doesnt judge sin he judges the cleanliness of one's heart. believing in God isnt enough the Bible is a guide book on how a christian should live. Church is just a gathering of christians to worship and fellowhip, if they do that without going to a "church" then thats awesome. the decision of who deserves to go to heaven is up to God. actions dont get you into heaven tho.

Not really. In Deism, people are satisfied knowing that they are creations, and not ask for more. If God gave free will, then it is in our free will to believe and to not believe. Choosing to disbelieve is just utilising God's Gift of free will. If God perchance to see disobedience in that, then He's an unjust God. Period.

so ur saying if u believe out of the blue your going 2 heaven then ur going...doesnt make sense....i belive im going 2 heaven bcuz i believe jesus died 4 me in the cross for my sins and i will have eternal life with god in heaven when i die....if theres no hell then u dont believe in the devil either....i believe the devil is everywhere its his job 2 make us sin....the devil was an angel in heaven...he sinned in heaven and was thrown down by god 2 hell

No, I'm saying that BECAUSE you BELIEVE in Heaven and HELL, you'd THINK that you'll be going to either places in the afterlife... But you cannot prove that there is Heaven/Hell... so... I'm saying is basically, believe what you want, but others will believe what they want. Simple

There was an interesting discussion in my philosophy class a year ago about God and free will and there was a heated debate, though short lived. I will mention one reply that made a hell lot of sense to me.

The student, I'm guessing must be an agnostic like myself, said that if we truly have the freedom to choose or so-called, free will, then God cannot omnipotent because He gave up His power over man. In other words, God cannot be omnipotent/All Powerful if He doesn't have the power to control man's will.

If man is not free, in the case that the Almighty is omnipotent, then how is it that He can blame man for making the wrong choices? Meaning, man is condemned for doing things out of his control... leading to the assumption of an unjust God.

This is famously known as the fate vs free will controversy.

So this points back to my original statement in some previous posts that if God allowed free will, He will not turn away those who saw the Gift and seized it.

You see as hostility, I see it as opinion. Just like your opinion that God exists. How many times must I say that there are more than one belief in the world? You blatantly disrespect other beliefs and ask for respect in return? That's ludicris.

My parents, for starters. My brother. A lot of my friends. Many philosophers and scientists. Wow, that'll be exciting.

God can't be just if he's sending people to hell for not being sure he exists.

That's like me setting some one on fire for not giving me a lot of money.

I am so glad there are people way smarter than me who can remind me of what I believe in, and therefore not let me get sucked up into forcing myself to believe in god.
