There's only fictional proof that god does exist, though.

I should probably say alleged. (Or something) But for all we know, it could be fictional.

Science is logic, and in logic is the absence of God.

I don't quite understand what you're saying...

Man discovered science and technology.... What does God, who's a spirit (according to someone... I forgot who), has to do with it? huh.gif

This wasn't all created at random. This is the result of evolution.

And I never said that the bible is fictional, only that it's very possible that it is.

As a kid, I only believed in God because I didn't want to go to Hell, not becaue I thought he was good and righteous. As I've said before, to believe in God just to get out of Hell is selfish, and I don't want to do that. Do you get it NOW?

yeah and you shouldnt believe in him out of fear of hell, u should do it out of love of him. evolution isnt proven either and says that you are no better than a monkey who can think. if that was true where did morality come from?

So you mean to say that morality is dependent of religion?

Ah, I didn't know that there is a limit to the free will. I assumed that the word "free" refers to limitless...

Wow, me too. Go figure.

So God gives us free will. then he gives us consequences for using our free will.

there isnt there is a choice to do right and a choice to do wrong, a choice to go to heaven and a choice to go to hell. simple isnt it?

religion has nothing to do with it, morality has to do with the way that God built us. animals have no morality. they follow isntinct. an animal cant learn morality it is all instinct. like a good dog just learns how to act to get treated good, conscience is an inner sense of morality that cant be learned it is just there.

of coures there is consequences....just like doing bad at school we choose 2 do good or bad...fail or pass....make money or be a bum

we are smart enough 2 kno wat is wrong and right...but duh we choose wat is more easier in life which leaves 2 sin...god gave us the freedom 2 choose either heaven or hell...believe im him or not....ignore the pple that give us the gospell or 2 accept the gospell...be hardheaded or humble.....write on tthis forum or not.

Right and wrong are complicated in religion. Your right may not be right according to a Jew/Muslim...

The choice to go to Heaven is to believe in God. The choice to go to Hell is to disbelieve.... I don't know about you but that's not much of a choice.

So, morality is based on God... tell me if that's the case, because there are PLENTY of ways to discredit that.

Religion has everything to do with it. We're talking about Hell.

You keep saying that anyone who doesn't accept or believe in Jesus goes to Hell.

And I'd rather go to hell than go to heaven and listen to all the holier-than-thou missionaries.

you can try to discredit that.

basic right and wrong is the same. but all things will be taken into account at judgement.

it is a huge amount of choices. When you lead a christian life your life has purpose and meaning. it is a joyous thing to see God's blessings in this new light. And going the other only satisfies our basic instincts to such an extent.

religion aint nothing...its just a category.....all god wants is 4 us 2 walk in his way...and believe wat he tells us in the bible....and 2 share his word with non believers....that way we can all go 2 heaven and b with him....ur right i might seem wrong 2 a jew or muslim....but its called fate and i kno im going 2 heaven

its true if you dont then you go to hell, religion is what messes everything up. God wants a personal relationship not perfect attendance at a church.

have i been acting holier-than-thou? i hope i havent sounded like that, all im trying to do is give you my side of the story. and i doubt people who act like that will be like that in heaven. if they are going.
