hello, i was wondering if anyone could give me the exact code needed to get the affects like this person has on their site, http://www.xanga.com/home.aspx?user=Glorious_Sadness , the affect where when the cursor is dragged over any link, the lighting affect. Please share the code if you have it, thank you.
